Most of the food salt and health issues are discussed in our quarterly newsletter, Salt and Health, in our Salt Sensibility blog posts and in our public statements . The newsletter articles and public statements address the issues of evidence-based recommendations, human salt requirements, how the body handles salt, salt and cardiovascular health and other health issues and issues regarding the need for iodized salt and other additives.
