Proper nutrition for the Elderly

Another study by Dr. Michael H. Alderman and Dr. Hillel W. Cohen of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, published in the American Journal of Hypertension, identified significant risks to cardiovascular health and longevity from consuming any less than one or more than three teaspoons salt per day.
