Smart About Salt

The Smart About Salt Council in Ontario is offering training on best salt management practices. It is geared to people doing snow and ice control on parking lots and sidewalks. The course deals with the environmental effects of salt, salt science, risk management and record keeping, weather, and best salt management practices. Courses are being offered in Cambridge (March 20th), Ottawa (April 9th), Ajax (April 15th) and Milton (April 24th).
