15 win Salt Institute storage award
The City of Olathe, KS and fourteen state government transportation facilities in Utah earned the 2007 Excellence in Storage Award from Salt Institute. The award recognizes high standards of environmental consciousness and effective management of winter materials storage. Another thirty-four (34) facilities were cited for “continuing excellence” for sustaining award-winning programs recognized in the first 19 years of the program.
The award was announced at the American Public Works Association Congress in San Antonio, TX.
