MSHA seminars on diesel particulate
MSHA announced on June 9 (FR 33387-88) it will conduct three “outreach seminars” to explain and discuss its May 18th diesel particulate rule. The seminars, all beginning at 9 am, will take place on June 27 in Pittsburgh, PA (Airport Marriott), June 29 in Louisville, KY (Executive Inn, 978 Phillips Lane) and July 13 in Reno, NV (convention center).
