We've made it easy for you to customize and automate your receipt of new
developments in the world of salt. If you have your own RSS reader
installed, you can simply subscribe to each feed you want. Or you can
quickly download our free RSS reader that comes pre-installed with all our feeds
and then customize it by simply deleting those feeds you don't want to receive.
Notice that there are two versions, one for members of the Salt Institute which
delivers all the "public" feeds plus special additional information for member
company personnel. As items are entered into these feeds, they are
published on our website and an immediate notice is sent to your RSS reader.
If you use our RSS reader, you will be notified with a quick (non-commercial)
pop-up notice. Don't want the pop-up? One click can disable it until
you change your mind.

If you are a member, this is the one you should sign up for. If you don't yet have a members username and password, just e-mail the Salt Institute and request that you be issued a username and password. It's that simple! (Each company determines its own rules for members-only access for its personnel).
If you are not a member of the Salt Institute you can still access
about two dozen RSS feeds. Download the pre-loaded newsreader and delete
any feeds you don't want to receive.

A more laborious alternative is to subscribe to each feed you want and use
your own newsreader. If you have a newsreader already installed and
would prefer this alternative select
