"Salt art has tongues a-waggin'"

Well, if Darwinists believe that a bunch of monkeys, given enough time, could re-create Shakespeare or Beethoven, then the feat of Oregonian cows, aided by an occasional wild elk, is easy to understand. In the Baker City, OR Crossroad Art Center, this month's feature exhibit has been "cow art" -- beautifully sculpted salt blocks crafted by area livestock.
